Linen Everything

Target A New Day Linen Mini Sundress, $20

Sizes XS–4X

What I love: The square neckline, the price.

What I don’t love: It’s a linen-rayon blend, so it’s not quite as soft or breathable as 100% linen or cotton.

Target Universal Thread Sleeveless Linen Jumpsuit, $30

Sizes XS–4X

What I love: POCKETS! This is also a linen-rayon blend, but it’s softer than the mini dress above. It’s a jumpsuit, so: instant outfit. Stretchy waist.

What I don’t love: This is so weird to get in and out of. You step into the “pants,” and then you hoist the “top” over your head (there is a stretchy gap in the back). If this description makes no sense, it’s because the clothes make no sense. Once it’s on, great. But it’s kind of annoying when you have to pee.

Sizes XS–3X

What I love: The pants have pockets and a stretchy waistband. The cut is very stylish. The fabric (100% linen) is heavy-duty and feels like it will last a long time.

What I don’t love: The price 🤑 Also, becuase the fabric is thick, it’s a little warmer than I was expecting

A Flowy Dress

Ilana Kohn Clara Dress, $295

Sizes XS–3X

What I love: The fabric (100% cotton) is very lightweight, so it feels like I’m not wearing anything. This is the perfect summer dress IMO.

What I don’t love: Again, the price! Becuase it’s so lightweight and because I wear it every single day, I worry about it tearing.

Orthopedic Sandals

Birkenstock Arizona Chunky, $220

What I love: The supportive footbed, the soft leather, the chunky platform that gives my summer outfits that little bit of edge they need.

What I don’t love: Because of the platform, there is potential for rolling your ankle. If you like this look but are worried about your ankles, Birkenstock does make a version with an ankle strap.

Birkenstock Arizona Essentials, $50

What I like: More durable and supportive than your average flip-flop, but just as waterproof, so you can confidently wear them to the pool, beach, public shower, etc.

What I don’t like: Not as supportive as a real Birkenstock.

A Swimsuit

YouSwim Eva Standard Waist Two-Piece Swimsuit, $139

Sizes 2–24

What I like: Stretchy! There are two sizes: Size 1 fits U.S. 2–14 and size 2 fits U.S. 14–24.

What I don’t like: Takes longer to dry than a regular swimsuit.
